It is nearly weekend people. And it is time for the 10th Attraction in our series “Must See Vancouver”!

Today’s attraction is the Burnaby Village Museum!
It is an open air museum that you should visit on a sunny day like today!

Walk around in the streets of the old village and explore the heritage and replica buildings from the 1920s.
Customs town folks will welcome you in a friend way and will give demonstrations in all different homes, shops and businesses of the 20s, located all around the village.

Have a chat with the black smith, who will show you how people smithies iron like 100 years ago, receive a demonstration in the print shop or just wander true the garden at the farmhouse and visit the clerk at the general store.
Do not miss a ride on the historic 1912 Park Carousel for young and old.
Picnic tables and an ice-cream parlor can be found as well in the museum. The parlor offers you a menu of meals and snacks.
Or just make yourself some lunch bags at home and take them to the Museum!!!

Visit the village’s website for more information about opening times and rates!
