Casual Friday – Back To The Future

There was this time between the wars. The Great War and WW2 was one of uncertainty and great loss, but also one of creativity, new ideas and invention!

The high speed of technology change in the 1920’s brought us bubble gum, traffic signal, the lie detector and Penicillin. Then there were the 1930’s which were not less invention-intensive bringing us the helicopter, tea bags, sticky tape, the first photocopier, ballpoint pen and the jet engine.

All of these were great world-changing inventions. However, there were even some fun and sometimes hilarious inventions too, the world has forgotten.

On the website Bored Panda, you can see some of these cool inventions from the past, so enjoy!!
