It’s now the beginning of a new month and that means…. even more fun things to do! Surprised? Probably not because we are always going out to awesome places and seeing new things! If you weren’t able to make it to many of the event last month, don’t worry, there is plenty more to come. So here are some of the activities we have planned out for the month of February:
Pub Night at the Morrissey Pub!
Start off the month right with drinks in hand and partying at our weekly pub night! This Wednesday, it will be held at the Morrissey Pub! You should come out to this one guys, we will have such a great time. And contrary to what many people might believe, Mondays no longer seem to be the worst day of the week but rather people generally tend to have the same sour mood towards every day of the week! This is why everyone should have a pub night on Wednesdays…keeps people going!

A day of Skiing/Snowboarding at Cypress Mountain
When we went snow tubing last month, it was so much fun but a lot of us wanted to go snowboarding and skiing after seeing all the people going down the slopes at Seymour. So which is why we have planned an awesome day trip to Cypress for everyone! You can ski, board, or just enjoy the breathtaking views up on the mountain. Chinese New Year Parade 2013 
Gong hei fat choy! It means “may prosperity be with you” in Chinese. Later this month in February Sunday the 17th, we will be going to go see the Chinese New Year Parade in Chinatown, Vancouver! This will be the 40th time this parade has been running in Vancouver and it brings more than 50,000 spectators every year! At the parade, there will be lion dances, cultural dance troupes, marching bands, martial arts performances and so much more to see. Best part of all? It’s free 🙂 Keep an eye out for this awesome event on our Facebook page for more detailed information!
