INTERNeX Canada: What to do on the weekend

LYN CANYON

This Saturday, with or without rain, we’ll go to Lynn Canyon. It’s a beautiful park with 617 acres of forest. We’ll hiking (it isn’t very hard, about 1 hour), lunch there (you can bring your own food or buy something there) and enjoy all the attractions that the park offers:

– Suspension Bridge: the 50 meters high bridge is similar to the Capilano Bridge but free.

– Swimming Holes: there are some naturals pools in that park. We don’t know if the weather is going to be enough warm to swim, but it must be very beautiful to see.

– Pipe Bridge: wider than the suspension bridge, offers fabulous view of the canyon.

– Twin Falls

– Baden Powel Trail: one of the most famous footpaths in North Vancouver, is one of the routes that we can take. This trail links Capilano River, Grouse Mountain, the Power Line Trails, and Deep Cove.

Of course we can’t see everything, depends on the route that we’ll choose. Don’t forget to bring water, and rain clothes or sun cream, depending on the weather.
