Queen Elizabeth Park – Experience IT Review

Yesterday we conquered the snow to visit the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park. It was very cold and we didn’t get to see much of the view, but the snow did make it into a pretty picture. Thanks to everybody who came out with us!17142375_1659777060704405_1158829939_o

We met up at the parking lot on the west side of the park. As a lot of people ended up running late thanks to all the snow coming down on us, we decided to meet up at the observatory instead (hoping there was a covered place to wait). Most of the viewing points were outside of the observatory, unfortunately we didn’t get much of a view. Luckily it was very pretty to see everything covered in a big layer of snow.

In this place, we could discover  different kinds of plants and birds. All of them were just flying around or walking on the ground, so we had to watch our steps. When we finished our round and spotted almost all birds in the observatory, most of us went home.

Despite the snow we still had fun, but we would love to go back there when the weather is a little bit better to see the view. I hope to see all of you at PuB NiGHT!
