It is Wednesday, which means… saving money! Let’s take a look at more discounts for students, cause you will be amazed how many student discounts Vancouver has to offer! We will go through a few sections to show where you can find the discounts with your holy student card.
Retail
If you go to Banana Republic for some shopping, you will get a 15% discount on full-priced items. Club Monaco goes a little bit wilder since you get 20% off on full-priced and sale items. And guess what? H&M will give you a 15% discount on your entire in-store purchase! Ready for some new jeans? Go to Levi’s and you will get your new love with 15% off. Besides these stores you also get 10% off at TopShop, 20% at Roots and 15% at J.Crew and Kate Spade.
Restaurants
Every once in a while everybody craves fast-food and when you do, you will feel less guilty when you are able to get it cheaper. For example, if you go to Burger King you receive 10% off the entire meal by showing your student card. For a nice sandwich you can go to Subway and receive a 10% discount. Furthermore you will get the same discount at Dairy Queen, which is great for ice cream or more burgers!
Travel and transportation
Air Canada and StudentUniverse are combined as a team to provide the best student discounts on airfare. So if you have big plans on going to Hawaii when you have vacation here, check out their website for all the information! If you want to ship presents to your family through FedEx it can save you 20% to 30% by showing your student ID.
One more tip for everybody, so also the ones without a student card: have a visit at tourguys.ca They offer free tours in Vancouver almost every day of the week for free starting in April. But don’t forget to give them a nice tip for their service.
