INTERNeX Canada: PuB & CLuB NiGHT Announcement

This weekend, we will have our legendary pub & club night ! If you don’t know about what I’m talking, once a month, we meet on Friday night instead of Wednesday evening for a few drinks, and tons of fun. So join us to enjoy a really nice evening with the INTERNeX community in one of the most famous bars of Vancouver.

The chosen place this time is The Cambie, the best place in Downtown to save some money because of their cheap drinks and food specials. Always full of young people, with good music and huge tables to hang out all together! We already had a lot of fun in that place, as you can see in our Flicker page.

Tired after the long weekend? Well, I hope you celebrate the Labor Day as it deserves! This week is going to be amazing for two reasons: is shorter and tomorrow we have our weekly pub night!

As you know, every Wednesday we meet in the best pubs in Vancouver. Last Wednesday in The Pint was simply amazing: we were more than twenty people! So you have to join us this week because I’m sure that we will have so much fun tomorrow too!

And we have a very important notice! We have a new PR intern! Her name is Annika, and she is from Germany. You will be able to meet her tomorrow.

This time we will be gathering at The Speakeasy, in Granville Street! It’s a new place for us, but it looks like very nice. And tomorrow they have some super-cheap deals that we have to try!

Hi guys! Another awesome pub night is coming!

This time we will be gathering at The Cambie! Between Gastown and Downtown, one of the favourites places for students and young people in general. Cheap prices, good food, and a cool terrace! I really don’t want to say that but the summer is ending (well, it’s the beginning of the end) and we have to take advantage of every single time under the sun. INTERNeX Canada: How was your weekend

Last Saturday we went to Queen Elizabeth Park to make a picnic. This park, located between Cambie Street and Main Street, is one of the most beautiful gardens in Vancouver, and the second most visited after Stanley Park. So here you have our weekend chronicle:

Firstly we arrived there, the weather was awesome and the place is amazing, as you can see in the pictures. You can find there many groups of people walking around the park wearing night dresses because a lot of people come there to make their wedding pictures.

We took a stroll around the park and we visited the flower garden. There is a beautiful greenhouse too, but we didn’t enter, (only to buy ice creams) it was quite expensive… maybe other time! Just in front of the green house, there is a place where you can enjoy a fantastic view of Downtown.

After that, we found a kind of fountain that is often used by kids like a water park. But we are worst that the kids, so we jump in to the fount to run and play… I told you, worst than the kids. But it was so funny!

Finally we found a nice lawn to lie down, dry under the sun and eat our picnic. Personally, I was delighted because we don’t have a lot of opportunities to get a tan here!

So, I know that is Monday, the begging of the week, but don’t worry, we had a couple of amazing plans for this week guys! stay tunned!

INTERNeX Canada: Pub NiGHT Announcement

This Wednesday we’ll go to one of the cheapest places in Downtown: The Cambie! If the last week we chose a cool style place, this week is the turn of the student style: cheap prices! And the prices of the drinks include taxes! Sometimes is too difficult to find a cheap and cozy place as the same time, but The Cambie is one of them. Is part of the Cambie Hostel opened in 1887 in Gastown.

This week we are receiving a lot of new INTERNeX people; the weather is more wonderful than ever, so let’s go to say Hi July! as it deserves. How? So easy! Join us in the Facebook event!
