St. Patricks Day Review

That was one insane night…

We met in front of Joseph Richards on Granville street at 9pm to go into the club. After a short queuing line we hang our jackets and went for our free green beer, which by the way taste like normal beer. The club was already busy and we joined the others on the dance floor. Even that it was St. Patricks Day the DJ did not play any Irish music, good for us and our dance moves.

Of course we had our regular dance battles in the INTERNeX circle, which is so much fun. If you do not know what I mean, I mean the times we are standing/dancing around in a circle and someone is dancing in the middle of the circle.

If you want to see more pictures of the ‘Green Party’, click here  and if you have some pictures you want to share, upload them on Facebook or send us a mail and we will upload them for you.

We hope you all had a great evening and we will see you on Friday for the Mexican Dinner

St. Patricks Day

St. Patricks Day is coming up on March 17th another excuse to let crazy-you out. We will celebrate Paddy’s day by joining the party at Joseph Richards, one of the hottest clubs in Vancouver.

Saint Patrick is the patron saint and national apostle of Ireland, he brought the christianity to Ireland. And that’s a reason to celebrate. The Shamrock is ‘the sign’ of Ireland and St. Patricks day, because Saint Patrick used the Shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity to the pagans. Paddys day is every year on March 17th, because that is the day he died and to honor him the Irish folks celebrate him. And if you missed it, green is the color to wear on that day.

If you want to join us for this remarkable event please buy you tickets before March 12th at our office or Pub Nights. The ticket cost $10 and includes the entrance fee and one free green beer. The dress code for this Party is of course green.

We will meet at 9pm in front of the Joseph Richards were will give you your ticket and will than all go in and have our first green beer together.

We hope you will join us for this green party

ps: we will not have a Pub Night on March 19th

INTERNeX Canada: How was your weekend?

Two days straight of sunshine and beautiful weather? That’s what I’m talking about! Yesterday was St. Patrick’s Day and we celebrated by going out to watch the parade in downtown Vancouver and drinking green beer!

The parade was alright, in my opinion. It could have been longer because it seemed like it lasted for only half an hour or so. But still, it was really fun! We saw giant dogs, bag pipers, violinists, dragons, and so much more! After the parade was over, we met up with some of the others and found a place to eat lunch. We ate at Cafe Crepes! Although it didn’t go with the whole St. Patrick’s day theme, everyone had a great meal. I got the Nutella nut Hazelnut crepes and it was so delicious! I highly recommend it when you go!

After a huge meal, we all decided to go around downtown, look at some events going on along Granville Street. There were huge crowds everywhere we went, so it was quite difficult to watch some dance shows. But after, we  went shopping on Robson Street! We all went to Forever21 and the girls had fun of course…I’m sure the guys had fun there too 😛

After walking around and window-shopping, we all went to the Lennox Pub for some green beer! I really didn’t like it…I thought it would taste different, like sweet or something. It was just beer…with green food coloring. If I was making green beer, I’d make it all fancy -add some mint extract, whipped cream, and green sprinkles 🙂

It was lot’s of fun, I love St. Paddy’s Day…gives you an excuse to drink on a Sunday afternoon!

Cheers,

Flora
