It’s Friday which means it’s almost weekend! There is lots to do this weekend, so I summarized it for you. Check it out…
Maybe some of you have already been to the ‘We love Japan’ fundraiser last weekend. For those of you who haven’t been there, here is your second change! Friday March 25th there will be ‘a night to unite for Japan’ at the Gossip Nightclub. The night starts at 9.30 pm. 100 % of the proceeds go to the victims relief fund. Not only will you have an awesome night out, you can also win lots of prices. The tickets for this event are $15. Have a good night out and support Japan at the same time!
The JUNOs are here! The JUNOs are the Canadian Music Awards and they are held in Toronto! The red carpet rolls out Sunday, and even if you don’t have a ticket to the awards show, there’s still tons of events and concerts you can check out this weekend.
It’s Earth Hour Saturday night from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Torontonians are encouraged to turn off all non-essential electronic devices for an hour. Locations around town are offering candlelit dinners and activities, so you’ll have some options when the lights go out. In the wake of Japan’s massive earthquake and tsunami, Toronto chefs band together for a chic dining event in an effort to raise money for relief funds.
