Smart Saver Vancouver

Craving for something cheap? Then this is the right place for you! INTERNeX has been busy all week searching for good promotions or cheap places to share with you.

Used to getting coffee in the morning? A small speciality coffee is only $1 at the Mc Donald’s at the moment, so it is definitely worth it to switch coffee shops for a while just for this promotion. This promotion started at the 23rd of January and will last till the end of this week, so use this moment to enjoy a 16467040_1625292964152815_2118773967_ncheap coffee for once. Getting used to having coffee at the Mc Donald’s after this promotion? No worries, if you buy 7 coffees, you get the next one for free. You only need to keep the reward card and put the stickers from your cup on it. The reward card is also on your cup! Besides this promotion the Mc Donald’s is also offering digital coupons, which you can download from the site. However, you can also download the Mc Donald’s app for weekly promotions.

Today it is wings Wednesday, so that means you can get wings for a cheap price at restaurants all over Vancouver. The cheapest price that we found is 33 cents per wings in the Famous Warehouse. However, it is also worth checking out when it is not a Wednesday, as all their meals are $5 and therefore a good choice to go to if you want to go out for dinner, but already spent a lot of money.

Not into a coffee or food? At Cinema Public House and The Butcher & Bullock got $2 Tuesdays, when they offer beers for $2. So that means you can get wasted without spending too much money. Almost sounds too good to be true, right?

If you have not found the Dollarama yet, you definitely have to check it out as well. You can almost get everything at Dollarama, from baking forms to food and much more. If you need anything for your housing, first check out Dollarama before going to another place, as it can save you lots of money. Dollarama, your best friend from now on!

Every dollar counts, so keep these tips in mind when spending your money!

Heey guys:) It’s Sunday again, so time to safe some money!!

Keep your eyes open next Thursday, October 23, for a partial solar eclipse. You’ll be able to see it in much of North America and here in Vancouver we’ll have the front row seats to watch this amazing astronomical event. A total eclipse will not be seen but the eclipse at its peak will reach a maximum coverage of 66 per cent.
Of course it depends on the weather, if we’ll be able to see this spectacle.
Here the solar eclipse schedule for Vancouver:

  • 1:33 p.m. – Partial solar eclipse begins, with the moon touching the edge of the sun
  • 2:58 p.m. – Maximum eclipse reached
  • 4:17 p.m. – Partial eclipse ends, with the moon leaving the edge of the sun
  • 6:07 p.m. – Sunset

Mention this tips:

  • Do not look directly at the sun at any point of the event: this can cause permanent eye damage.
  • Do not stack your eyes with multiple sunglasses, this won’t work and you’ll put your eyes at risk.
  • Have a look at this page

Best thing–> you can watch to this rare astronomical event for free!!

Hope you had a great weekend, enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

Smart saver Sundaaay again. Time to safe some money guys.

That’s easier said than done. It’s getting cold outside, so the free stuff like walking through the beautiful nature is not that attractive anymore. And of course hockey season started, so no tickets for the cheap hockey pre-season available anymore. Tickets for the Canucks starts from 70$, that’s pretty much.
Buuut no worries. We have a really great alternative for you!!
…….Vancouver GIANTS…..!!!!
Tickets for the Vancouver Giants cost between 19.50$ and 24$. So how does that sound???

As you can imagine Vancouver Giants are not such good players as the Canucks, but you get an entertainment, which is at least as impressive as a Canucks game. The Giants are playing more aggressive than the Canucks ( could be so much fun to see them “fighting”) and there is more pressure in the stadium.
Get more Giants-information here and buy your ticket for a great game here. Enjoy the game!

Wish you a great Sunday and an enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow.

Halloween is soon, so don’t forget to vote for your preferred Halloween Party here.
Aaand join us for our upcoming Portland trip.

Time to safe some money because it’s Sundaaaay again which means smart saver time.

Vancouver Art Gallery on Tuesday evening

From 5 pm to 9 pm every Tuesday, you’re able to enjoy the exciting exhibition inside the Vancouver Art Gallery just by donation. The Vancouver Art Gallery is the fifth-largest Art Gallery in Canada and the largest in Western Canada. If you’re lucky you’re able to see some really cool art by an influential artist. If not  you can just walk around and try to understand what the work of art wants to tell you. But however it’s just a donation you have to pay to get in.
Get further information here.

BCMC Trail

If you already hiked the Grouse Grind you know how it feels to walk behind a slow, sweating mass of people who talk loudly and smell like ….whatever. But there is a way to avoid all those people by hiking the BCMC trail which runs parallel to the Grouse Grind. It’s almost the same, but less steps and less people. You know what is the best? You’re also able to walk down the mountain, if you don’t want to pay $10 for the way back down with the gondola. So go out hike the BCMC trail up and down ( even though it maybe kills your knees) and safe some money.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday and have a great week.
