Hey everyone, my name is Flora and I’m so excited to finally begin my PR internship here at INTERNeX. I was born in Korea but moved to Vancouver when I was only seven years old. Since then, so much has changed and I’ve really become attached to the city. I have visited so many wonderful places in the world over the last few years but I always come back home to realize just how special and beautiful Vancouver really is. Sometimes, I do take it for granted.
I’m majoring in Communications at Simon Fraser University hoping to achieve a career in Public Relations and Human Resources. At the moment, I’m taking a small break from all the chaotic life of being a student.
Besides studying and writing term papers, I love meeting new people and traveling to different places… or even to places I’ve already been before because I believe that you can make new memories each time you’re there.
On a lazy day, you can definitely catch me watching movies from my computer, hanging out with friends, or shopping (probably shopping)! The most time I’ve spent at a mall was around 8 hours. I know – it amazes me too.
Some of you may be new to INTERNeX like me and for some it’s just another day in Vancouver, but I hope that this journey will be exciting filled new memories and lots of good times for everyone.
