To all INTERNeX candidates…Your support is needed!

Hi everybody!

I hope you are all enjoying your time in Canada!

We are really impressed by your great input, such as the report about the last Canucks game that Florian sent to us (thanks, Florian!). It is a pleasure for us to be part of your experience in Canada and we are glad that you also want to share it with the rest of the world!

As you might remember, INTERNeX recently uploaded a video of the Snowtubing event on youtube. We received a lot of positive feedback and want to continue shooting short clips about INTERNeX events and more importantly your experiences.

The INTERNeX family of candidates is continuously growing. Therefore we want to provide potential candidates with your opinion on INTERNeX, the program you are on and your time in Canada. The idea is basically to film testimonials of YOU! Our INTERNeX family. If you would like to share your experiences, be on camera and on our YouTube channel, please don’t hesitate to contact us at pr@internexcanada.com! It will help folks just like you who are interested in coming to Canada and following one of our programs to get a better understanding of what the internship, hospitality, volunteer or city placement program is about.

It will be a lot of fun to film the clips since the set will not be in the office. We will go outside and visit some nice locations of Vancouver. Maybe you have an idea where to go? What is your favorite place in this beautiful city? Maybe we can drop by your placement company and do the interview!

Let me know!

Cheers,

Ziska

Made in Vancouver Street Festival 2010

The Yaletown Business Improvement Association has created this festival that will be running from February 13th until the 27th 2010, showcasing all that the Yaletown community has to offer. This event will be featuring three live entertainment stages, hundreds of performers, a fashion stage and the After Dark Parade presented by Coca-Cola. This street festival is actually looking for volunteers to help out with the parade barricade, street barricade, block captains, event photographers and people to man the volunteer headquarters team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of this celebration so if you are interested in applying for one of these positions the registration link is on the YIBA site or you can connect to the direct link.
